In all fairness, the rug is very pretty. Unfortunately, it wasn't as big as advertised by the manufacturer. I ordered a 9' x 12' rug and received, not just one, but two rugs (one was a replacement) that were about 5% less in total area than what was stated on the label on the back of the rug, so it is not a one-off problem. In the photo, the rug was placed on a 9' x 12' rug pad. Six inches difference in width unfortunately does make a big difference to me. Wayfair's customer service was great, though, and took care of my problem efficiently.
