I was sent the wrong rug and they want to charge me shipping to pick it up. Not my fault, not my problem, should definitely not be at any cost to me.

Great rug for the price. The "gray" is very warm, which blends well with creams, tans, etc. I also love the size for under my 72" dining table....better than a true 6x9 or 8x10. I'm trusting that it will hold up well.

I ordered two, and they were different colors despite ordering same beige color. However they look nice and are soft, and I have the ability to put them in different rooms despite ordering them for same room. I just edited my review to 5 stars because I just really love how this rug looks and feels.

This rug is way darker brown than it shows on the image. And, you have to pay to return it.
