Overall, I really like this rug. Pros: It is extremely soft, thick and fluffy. It is most definitely a handmade and 100% natural wool rug. Not a wool blend. 100% real wool! Nice texture. The two shades of brown are warm colors and go well together. Cons: This rug is very fibrous and it sheds, but not excessively so. I expect that the shedding will resolve after it is vacuumed a couple of times, because the rug is very well made. Although most of the wool is uniformly dyed, there were a few strands of wool here and there that were still white (the wool’s natural color). I had a great idea though! I bought a brown fabric marker and colored the white strands so they would blend in. It worked! The white pieces are no longer noticeable and blend right in with the rest of the rug. Overall, happy with this purchase and I hope this review was helpful to someone else.

Good quality but the pile height is too high for doors to open. Over recommended if not using near a door.
