Very disappointed with the quality of this rug. When it arrived, I was pleased with the appearance of the rug. It was just what I had been looking for. However, within a few months, there were broken strings all over the rug with small holes developing. Also, a large hole developed in front of the chair where I sit my feet leaving the backing showing.

Nice well made rug, darker than I wanted but most disappointing was how tightly it was rolled that there was a lot of hours, time and a use of an iron on the backside to get the creases out. Ended up sending it back.
