An otherwise beautiful new rug is shot because I vacuumed it like the instructions read, and now there are 4 very obvious pulls on the rug. So disappointing.

The rug is a very nice rug. I have it under my kitchen table. Color seemed true to the picture. A few pulls, but I snipped them.

Love this rug as a mud hall runner! Its well made and took very little time (24-48 hrs) for it to flatten which is more than I can say for other area rugs.

This is a very pretty rug, but the color didn’t happen to work for me, and return shipping was atrociously expensive. Free shipping for an order is great, but I wish wayfair would be more explicit about return costs. I definitely wouldn’t have ordered in the first place had I known. Definitely only order this or any other rug from wayfair if you’re SURE it will work for you.
