THIS RUG AND TRANSACTION DOES NOT DESERVE THE 1 STAR RATING I GAVE IT. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PURCHASE EVER ALSO THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I should have listened to the customers that was not paid to leave a good review actually told the truth. No one could give this a good review and be truthful unless they were getting paid! The rug is literally a piece of junk- it deserves to be thrown in the garbage not waste time nor money returning it. It was shrink wrapped and looks like a wadded up beach towel on the floor. It is THIN! The white is NOT white. It looks dirty and dingy. The border around the rug is beige - why would you put a beige trim on a black and white rug This is the worst purchase I have ever made from Wayfair. 10 will be deducted from MY refund for return shipping! That is NOT fair!!!! I have been a Wayfair customer for a long time- I have ordered at least 6 rugs (one a 14x16), light fixtures, a mattress and fire pit. I have always been happy and never returned anything, but 85 for a wadded up towel as a rug is unacceptable and so is making me pay to return it. I called customer service and they would NOT refund the shipping. I am DONE with Wayfair and their credit card also, which is a shame for both of us - Wayfair apparently needs 10 more than I do. (If you notice in the first second pictures, there was a ziplock bag included in the packaging to return it in I guess. They knew it was awful and no one in their right mind would keep this for 85!)!!! There needs to be a box to check for a ZERO star rating! PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DO NOT ORDER THIS RUG!!!

This rug is cute and exactly what I was hoping for. Once I removed it from the packaging, it flattened out right away with no curling or bumps. It was very easy to unpack, and it laid perfectly on the floor. The quality and appearance exceeded my expectations, and Im very happy with my purchase

The height and length dimensions are a perfect fit it is soft and comfortable, with a simple yet elegant style.

The rug is great, super soft, great quality, phenomenal price and the fact that you can just toss it in a machine and WASH it is absolutely priceless, I would highly recommend.
