Beautiful Excellent quality and texture Great buy

Carpet was not as ivory as expected, even though I sent an email to specifically inquire about colour; see picture to show grey flecks; luckily grey worked with what I needed. The braid was also considerably larger than expected - see picture with quarter coin on the carpet to reflect size. I never did get a response back on what it would cost to return the item from Toronto if I needed to, information that ought to be easy to obtain if the customer is paying for return shipping and especially as the weight (63pds.) for size is listed incorrectly on the website. BTW, still not corrected as indicated. Quality is good but would still rather see what I'm buying, in person.
