Je suis très satisfaite de la qualité du produit. Il est beau et sèche rapidement. Ma note est plus basse car je n’ai pas reçu la grandeur commandée alors que j’ai payé pour un tapis plus grand. J’ai reçu 9,6x12 alors que j’avais commandé 10x14. J’ai avisé sur votre sites et envoyé des photos comme preuve. De plus la boîte avait été ouverte.

Beautiful rug, very elegant and classic style looks amazing on my deck. It is light, no weird smells. A true beauty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the rug very much. It's the exact color I was looking for. I would give it 5 stars but there are several strands that were not woven into the rug. You can see them in the picture. What can be done about this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited about 6 weeks to receive the rug as it was on backorder. Thought that was a good sign as it was popular. The positive aspect is it looks good. Unfortunately, it is very thin, so thin that the ends get picked up by the wind and it blows around. We have to weight all the sides down so that doesn't happen. Not real happy with the thickness/quality. But hey...it looks nice for now.
