I do love this rug. Perfect for the natural white look I love in a living room. Very well made however didn’t give full 5 stars because one side of the rug fringe is considerably shorter than the other. Still love regardless

This review is for the 2'3" x 8' runner that I received a day ago.. Pros: It is beautiful and appears to be as described in terms of color, pile height, and design. It does look like a pretty expensive rug. Cons: One of the two rugs I ordered is fine, but the other has numerous imperfections: loops that haven't been pulled through, a tassel/piece of fringe that is inches shorter than the others around it, and fibers that are woven into and very obviously not the intended rug yarn. It is a little hard under the feet where the diamond design is, and avoid the edges because they're really hard. There is a very strong smell at first -- not chemical, more organic -- but it does seem to subside within a day. I have the rugs laying out but they still aren't flat yet; the rug is pretty heavy so it isn't curling up. It will need a non-slip pad underneath to prevent movement. Because the rug is pretty thick, I'll just use a non-skid. I would never put this in a high-traffic area; it seems to be a cotton yarn that will stain easily and not clean up afterwards. Not sure if Scotch Guard is an option, but I do plan to look into it. Would I buy the rug again? Probably. It looks high-quality and the color/design are beautiful. I just recommend a little caution when considering your needs and where you'd like to put it.
