I will never use Perigold again. I am furnishing a new house in Florida; but am still in our summer home and cannot be there to accept deliveries. I have made that clear from the start. But I get a phone call to tell me my delivery is scheduled in two days on several items. Yes, my items are all being shipped separately, it turns out. I was told it was too late to do anything, but all other shipments would be held. This morning I got a note that 2 more items were arriving between 1:30 and 5:30 on Monday. Even if I had enough time to find someone to accept the furniture, I cannot pay them to sit for4 hours. This is a mess. Unlike RH which has worked with me. No issues. They listen to my needs. No rogue deliveries. I have 2 nightstands arriving today (2 day notice), desk and file cabinet on Monday (2 day notice and after a phone call who assured me this wouldn’t happen…Tiffany). And art on 15th. And expected rain in Florida. I had no idea that Wayfair handles your shipping. I had expected higher level, more personalized service from Perigold. I refuse to end up putting pieces together myself. So please step in and hold these deliveries until we arrive beginning of November. I am dealing with unexpected, serious heart issues and am in rehab, unable to jump on a plane to accept surprise deliveries in Florida. Very, very dissatisfied customer. Leslie Wallace

Rug was nice, size was slightly smaller than stated.

This rug is better than expected. It picks up the greys and white tones. It is better than the other ones I paid twice as much for at a furniture store. Would buy again

Rug looks very attractive in my foyer and I loved it until our dog vomited on it. The stain could not be removed and the rug cleaner we used left a bleached- looking area. I’m not sure this rug can be cleaned under any circumstances.

Exactly a pictures. Arrived on time and NO odor as others reported. Perfect under our dining room table.
