Color is as represented on the website. Material is soft but not as plush as I was hoping for. Very little smell or fumes right out of the bag. Biggest disappointment has been how lumpy the rug is even after letting it sit for a few days. I am hoping that it will continue to flatten out over time. See pictures for lumps.

The rug itself is beautiful and feels very soft underfoot. There was a good amount of waves that did work out within 24 hours and some heavy books on it. The thing I didn’t understand, I ordered a rug pad the same size and either it was too large or the rug itself was not the full size as claimed. I found that pretty irritating! I had to manually trim the pad and it was not easy to do.
