This rug is very bright. I did expect the red in the photos to be red but its orange, which is fine. Also, I came to read reviews to see if anyone else mentioned the smell or if it was just me. It smells like zoo animals or a hamster cage and in fact mine looks like there are stains of some sort on the back of it. The horrible smell is filling up my whole house. Not sure if this is normal. The colors are pretty and brighten up the room but the smell is terrible
