Rug came with mold spots and I had to have it steamed myself … horrible customer service, do not buy anything with them!!! No one helps you they send you on a wild goose chase with no solution!

The rug was beautiful and has a very good quality. The only thing that I missed is the conversion of the size which basically a bit longer than my room size. But it was still a great product to buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very cute little rug however, it does not want to lay flat very well . it was rolled very tight, so hopefully after a while it will... even when I rolled it backwards
