I’m just posting my complaint to Wayfair by way of explanation. The rug is not sisal/jute like the seller posts. The pictures do not reveal that it’s not jute. It is a shabby polyester cheap fabric. And the one-line reviews are clearly fake. So duped into thinking I was buying a jute rug, I bought it for an amazingly high price. I didn’t even open it all the way after I saw the really ugly, dated fabric. I did not have any use for it. When I tried to simply return it, the only options were to keep it with a 40% discount or get a replacement. I didn’t check either choice because I DO NOT WANT THE RUG. THEN I got an email saying they were shipping me a replacement and it had already shipped. So now I’ve got two ugly rugs I do not want. I would never have bought this rug if the description was honest and accurate. I consider it a fraudulent post AND price. I’m elderly and not able to take these rugs to fed-x myself. But fed-x will pick up for $20 per rug at my cost HOW IS THIS RIGHT? I’m furious!!
