Soft rug - it isn’t for high traffic areas. Yes you can have some of the tufts lift but they aren’t coming off as some stated. I’ll use the brush attachment to clean it.

Wow! This is the most horrible rug I have ever purchased. I would give it zero stars if I could. I take responsibility for not being aware sooner--but it was delivered during a family crisis in May and stuffed into a corner until yesterday. Clearly a return from a previous unhappy customer. Jumbled and folded (to rolled with a cardboard insert) into a mess of pilling and lint, stuffed inside a large plastic wrapper. I wasn't even sure what it was. Nearly impossible to move. Even with a rubber skid mat underneath, it would not stay in place and was incredibly ugly. Shedding massive chunks of fiber. Very disappointed that this came from Wayfair. After wrestling with this alligator of a mess, I rolled it back up, tied it with 4 bungie cords and dragged it outside for trash.
