Thickness is decent. It mostly stays in place with the non-slip bottom, but it definitely moves if you push it--sometimes a positive for cleaning. But speaking of cleaning, DON'T use a rubbing alcohol based cleaner on this--it takes the ink of the pattern off. Now I have a permanently smudged-looking mat.

This a really nice addition to my kitchen/laundry area. It arrived well packaged. Just remember to open carefully. I pierced the packaging and made a small cut in the mat. Not enough to render it damaged just be careful. It does slide around so I used a couple of small pieces of tape to adhere it to the floor.

The packaging came nicely done. The sticker keeping it rolled up is a little tricky because you can cut the mat with scissors. The design is pretty and it stayed flat when unrolled. No off gas smell or anything like that. However, it’s not really thick and I don’t think my feet would notice the difference between this and a regular rug runner. Is it fine Sure. It is great No.

I like it and that it’s almost 20” in height. The photo color is a little off what you see. But so far so good. It looks good in my kitchen.

Being so cushy soft under my feet while being so stylish waterproof is a win all around!
