Tapis brun / ivoire Ro

First, the positives: This is a substantial and well-made rug. Quality construction & materials - which is typical of Surya rugs, I have a few. Brown color of this rug runs true, with nice shading between the geometric shapes. Intricate pattern, which is partly what drew me. The negative; This rug line is entirely hand-made, and that variable accounts for wide swings in the final product, I have since learned from Perigold. In my case: That small fringe detail, which you can clearly see in the online image, bore zero resemblance to what I got: 8 pig-tailed sized strands, about 6 inches long, on each end of the rug. (Had I known that, I would not have purchased - not a fan of that kind of fringe.) Sadly, I had to return. Perigold was awesome about it, I would add. But if you're game for those sorts of changeups/variables, this might be your rug!

Absolutely stunning wool rug and so soft under foot. As for the brown color, Id say it leans more charcoal vs chocolate. Would highly recommend this rug
