The rug didn’t work. I believe it was damaged during storage. That said, both the manufacturer and Joss and Main responded perfectly. Sometimes you can tell more about a company when something goes wrong than when it goes perfectly.

Beautiful rug but returned as it is not really gray, more like blue.

Generally nice, but the photos do not represent the actual color. I looked at the same rug on multiple websites (Wayfair) and all photos made it appear lighter than it actually is. Beyond that, similar to the photos.
