This rug is green, is very thick and does not match the picture remotely or the room I had intended it for. Wayfair is only willing to give me a refund for 10% (i.e. $30 for a rug that is completely different than the picture). Would think twice before buying a rug from wayfair given how misleading the picture is. Probably an issue with other rugs as well. Truly terrible customer service.

Love!!! Looks great after a few years still. Definitely rough, not a super soft rug you want to lay on but it looks great and holds up well!

DO NOT PURCHASE! Dont be fooled by the design. The pile is glued on to a backing. There’s also an additional back trim glued on. In about 2-3 years, the glue will start to peel, yellow/brown and seep through the backing causing stains to your floors and give off volatile, toxic chemical odor. It’s complete trash after that. Conveniently for the company, it’s after the warranty window and wayfair’s robotic customer service will do absolutely nothing to assist.
