Overall, I am pleased with this rug. I will say that if there were more photos on the website I probably wouldn’t have purchased this rug. This rug is a Chamaeleon. From one side, it looks very light almost like a light gray silver but when looking at it from another angle, it is more of a taupe color. It does have all different shades of gray, some gold and light grayblue. The rug is very soft, but it is very thin. I would expect for a rug at this price point that it would be more thick than it is. You will definitely need a good rug pad. This rug does also have a sheen to it which I’m not a huge fan of. I imagine I’ll end up keeping this rug just because it will cost way too much to send it back. The rug is beautiful, don’t get me wrong, it’s just a little different than what I was expecting. 

I have had these rugs for a couple of years now and they have held up well and are beautiful in my kitchen.

Too shiny reflects a lot of white when light hits it.

Fabulous rug! Beautiful and soft to the touch. Colors are gorgeous. Mix of cool gray, warm beige and touch of light blue. As other commenters said it has a bit of a sheen, but definitely not too much. It looks like an expensive rug, pretty amazing for the price. Took off one star bc the rug came slightly damaged. I decided it was minor enough to make it not worth sending it back, but still a bit frustrating.
