I really love decorating with natural textures and earthy colors, and this rug fits that style perfectly. The mix of shaggy threads, the burnt orange tones, and the warm tan base make it feel unique without a busy pattern. The texture is intentionally a little wild — the threads go in different directions — but that’s actually part of the appeal. I don’t feel the need to straighten or comb the threads into place or make it look uniform, and it vacuums just fine.
This rug is in one of my Airbnb apartments, and it has held up beautifully. We’ve had guests staying here for about 45 nearly consecutive nights, and after two months, there’s been no unraveling, no fraying, and no noticeable wear. It still looks great!
It’s listed as an indoor-outdoor rug, but I can’t speak to how it would handle rain or moisture. The material feels like it might absorb water and take a while to dry.
Overall, it’s a well‑made, visually interesting rug with great texture and color — exactly what I wanted for this space.
