Tapis blanc / gris Imane

Quality of the rug is excellent. However, as others that reviewed it is not white with gray. It is cream and black. Disappointed. My bad for not reading reviews first.

Love wayfair but this was not a good experience. Ordered a white grey rug received a ivory with black accents rug. Rug itself it fine nicely made design not very soft but just ok ,just not what I ordered I requested a replacement. That came super fast BUT it was again the wrong rug. These rugs are huge so now returning two huge almost 50 lb each rugs seemed excessive. So I contacted customer service they said they could only offer $20 off one rug not both and I will be fully charged for both , seemed unfair because this was their error not once but twice. Going to try to work with these rugs. Photo of what I received attached and what wayfair advertised.
