I ordered the rug and it arrived very quickly, but the rug had several, severe creases that I couldn't get out from my own efforts and customer services' tips. The creases were about 2 feet from the edge and ran the width of the rug. There was some other creases that didn't allow the rug to lay flat that would be a trip hazard. This is a thinner rug, so it makes a big difference that the rug doesn't lay flat. Wayfair sent a replacement rug which was in good condition and didn't have creases. The rug lays flat without creases, the colors in the rug are sage/gray/ivory (reflective of the photos online) and fits nicely in the space.
I changed the return from drop off to pickup. FedEx picked up the large rug (8x10) as it would not fit in my car. I kept receiving emails telling me that I would be charged if I didn't return the rug. I chatted online with the AI bot which couldn't tell me about the status, then I called the next day to speak to a human customer service agent who was very apologetic, but I haven't seen any updates on the return except that it is pending. Thanks to the customer service reps who have been helpful, but the "orders" online should show some progress to stop sending me the emails that my return window is closing. Wayfair, you are letting me down with the return process.
