Beautiful rug! Goes well with my green and brown living room. Looks very classy and expensive. I’ve received a lot of compliments.

Very disappointed with the way this rug was delivered - folded in a box, instead of tightly rolled in plastic like most rugs. It is so full of ripples and puckers, I don’t know if it will ever lay flat and smooth, and if does, it will be quite awhile. This was one of two rugs I ordered, and the other rug was appropriately rolled, and laid out very nice. Not very good quality control by the manufacturer. The second picture below is of the dining room table rug, which was rolled, and the other was boxed. What a mess. Not pleased at all. UPDATE: Wayfair worked very hard with me to resolve this issue with the manufacturer, which offered to ship another rug in another box (no, don't need a second wrinkled rug - lol), so I declined, and Wayfair ended up giving me a credit. Wayfair's customer service is outstanding, and without the wrinkle issue, I would have given this product a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the manufacturer notified me after the complaint to reverse roll the rug and let it sit several days to help facilitate removing the wrinkles. Since I had already went through a major effort to move all my furniture to install the rug, it's too late for me to take this step, so I'll have to weight it down and hope it doesn't take months to fall out. As for the review of this rug (without the wrinkle issue), it's a beautiful rug (a replacement for one I had for 10 years, so good quality and durable). It's just a shame the manufacturer doesn't send all their rugs rolled in plastic (as they did the smaller rug), as that would negate this issue.
