It’s such a great looking mat, but unfortunately, is nonfunctional as an outdoor mat. It sheds so excessively that the shedding is brought in the house and a terrible mess. Vacuuming and sweeping it does nothing to solve the problem. I would not recommend buying it.

This is a beautiful piece, but it stained my back patio. I have a brown line frame of the mat and its sheds a great amount. I wish I could return it but it’s used too late.

One of the black squares has a beige spot - very visible. The rug is nice and thick - had to move it away from the door because the door couldn’t open. Picks up everything- has to be cleaned a few times a day.
