This was what most worried me as I know that colors can be misleading when viewed on a computer. I liked this rug right away and was happy to find it just as beautiful in person. It looks perfect infront of my ivory colored couch but I can see it going with many color choices. I also just bought a beautiful contemporary glass coffee table ( that cost as much as the rug ) because my wooden coffee table covered too much of the rug ( i bought the 5x8). My only concern is that it sheds, or has fuzz balls that I have to pull off of it almost daily. I don't know if this is because it is relatively inexpensive or due to the wool, or how it is made I don't have any knowledge in this department.
