Extremely disappointed. This rug was advertised as high traffic, stain resistant, stain repellent, kid friendly, which is completely not the case! The rug was fine when I received it, but after washing once as per instructions, every time it is stepped on with damp feet, it leaves very noticeable brown marks and stains. I have tried removing these marks with a damp cloth, but that does not help. The rug was quite pricey, and is now non-returnable; frustrating, because this problem did not show up until after the rug was washed; obviously it would not be washed as soon as it was received, so I had no way of knowing this would be a problem until after washing, and by then the return window was closed. I have no children or pets, so I can only imagine how much worse it would be if you did have children or pets. I have had a lot of other rugs in that place that were a quarter of the price and were much better.
