Good, thick and dense rug, soft under feet. No chemical smell. You do need rug pad as it will skid on floors. Color: not as even and smooth as stock picture makes you believe. Color transitions are "pixelated". The main background color also has dots of lighter color. But main colors are true to picture - beige and brown (they don't lean towards greenish colors). I attach pictures. Shape: that was the deal maker for me, but the irregular shape is not as pronounced as I was hoping for.
