A different rug arrived to my apartment, not the one shown in the picture. Luckily it was the same size and color scheme although the pattern is very different. I expected the material to be thin but much softer instead the fabric is thin but very sturdy and tough. Good for high traffic, OK underfoot, not exactly cozy or soft to walk on though. I think this thing could survive a stampeded.

I love it and my cats can't rip it apart!
