It does shed a little at first but it’s very soft. I turn off my bar in the vacuum and that helps

This rug was delivered very quickly . It rolled out beautifully and flat . We added a felt rug pad under it , but didn’t really need it , it was already very soft underfoot The pattern was perfect for our grandchildren’s guest bedroom.

Looks great. As others have said, it’s pretty thick and plush, so we did not get a pad for it. Very happy with our purchase, no major shedding.
