Don’t purchase the 9x13. The color was a cool slate gray that had obvious blue undertones. See the images for yourself. I was refunded. Customer service was good better than ex than expected than expected.

The knap yarn/tufts are huge, pile is high, very comfortable to lie on. This rug is unusual. I am very happy with it.

I was disappointed to receive this rug to see the actual construction. It has 1/2" round tufts of yarn (?) sewn in every 1/4 inch or so. The tufts are about 1/2" high. Not to my taste. I would have appreciated an up-close view online so I could have saved myself the shipping cost to return it. Pros: The return process is extremely simple and my return credit was processed very quickly Cons: Not as picutred since no close-up was provided.
