The rug itself was fine when I placed my order it was a set of two. I ordered 2 sets . I only ever recieved 2 rugs…the fulfillment persons working for this company evidently are poor readers. As I write this review I am again going to attempt to get what I paid for, which in total should be FOUR(4) RUGS. THIS WILL BE A THIRD ATTEPT IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this rug is washable- but oh MAN is it ugly. It feels a bit thin, but the ridges do a good job of catching dirt and debris. I find the size perfect for in front of double doors, which is nice, but I just can't get over the super tacky psudo-jaquard pattern that looks like it belongs at a 1998 garage sale. Not my favorite rug, but it may work for someone if that's your particular style.
