I am very pleased with this rug, though it did not start off that way. It was delivered promptly no damage at all but when I opened the packaging the chemical smell was overwhelming! It went right outside! I called Wayfair and was offered the option to start a return shipping at my cost. They did not consider this to be a defect. Not happy with that but glad I did not return. I found a phone number for Loloi and spoke with a rep who said if left outside preferably in the sun for 2-7 days the smell would disappear. He said it was from manufacturing and then packaging immediately after manufacturing which trapped all smells. Thankfully I have a covered porch where I could leave it outside protected from weather but can get sun at different parts of day. If you do not have that option think twice about purchasing. It took 3 days outside until the smell was faint enough that I felt comfortable in bringing it inside. Once in my office I love it! It is soft underfoot and easy to vacuum. It feels and looks like a much more expensive carpet. It is neutral yet adds depth. I love the soft variations of color. I am very happy with the rug and glad that I did not return!

Love these runners! They are exactly what I was looking for to give my long hallway a beautiful modern touch ! They look beautiful and feel great on our feet. Would definitely buy again !!

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The rug arrived two days earlier than expected. It is very soft and matches my decor perfectly. This photo was taken 12 hours after rolling it out and the edges are already mostly flat.
