The yarn started to pull up the first day we had it which is really disappointing since it otherwise looks nice

The finishing on the ends of the mat are not done properly. If you pull on a lose bit of thread at the end (or your vacuum catches it) it starts to unravel. Wayfair was great about sending out a 2nd one, but it's the same. The colours are really lovely but for the price I don't recommend it.
