The rug is beautiful; I didn't give it 5 stars because I received the wrong size and shape. But still the quality of the rug was fantastic!

Very soft and comfortable- we love it in our space. It’s a little lighter gray than was expected from photos but that wasn’t an issue.

As other reviews mentioned this is definitely more of a charcoal grey than black on the cream colored rug. Still beautiful.
