Not close to the photos. Color was nice but long threads instead of thick shag with plain white threads all over. Hard lumps to step on w/o shoes and threads so long and thin it would catch your toes and force you to trip.

this was NOT the rug i ordered. this rug is not suitable for a lady of my age as it is not flat. the shaq presents a possible accident. And it is to heavy to return to a return delivery service. What can i do?
