I have had nothing but great service with Wayfair. Until now. I ordered a 4ft. By 4 Ft. Area rug but ended being sent the rug but its round. I contacted them immediately regarding this and received a reply email that someone would be contacting me within 48 hours to resolve this. Its now been 4 days and I've heard nothing. Not sure how I'm supposed to package and send this back. I will continue to order from them but this is aggravating.
