Color is way brighter and white than what image shows. It was soft, but shed a lot. It said that would lessen with time but it was a lot.

The description and the photo of this rug do not match the product. I understand that this type of rug is not cheap and this price is very fair but it does not look and feel like a high end rug. The main reason why I am returning it, is because the colors do NOT match the online pics. I thought I was ordering a rug with navy in it when in fact it is black. The main color is a maroon, then there is ivory, a nice light blue and a little bit of sage green. Take a look at my pic. I put a navy quilt on the floor with the rug to show you the real colors. Good luck! Pros: good price, quick shipping Cons: not as described
