Rug was not 9'x12' as described. More like 8' 6-1/2" x 12' 7". Weave isn't that tight, has already started to fray with light foot traffic.

Had to return only because my son felt it was a bit too feminine for the look he wanted in his bedroom but we rolled it out to see how it looked in the room and laid down on it and it was super cozy and soft. Beautiful design just not the look he wanted.
