I couldn't tell you if this rug is nice or not. What I can tell you is my experience with Wayfair when buying this rug was awful. I ordered a the larger size for my daughters room over Christmas. It was on sale. When I got the rug it was runner sized. I called them up. They apologized told me they'd send the correct rug to me. The next day check my orders and lo and behold the rug was canceled. I contact customer service. Well apparently it was a price issue on their end and they weren't willing to honor the price. They had canceled my order and yet not refunded my money for the rug. But thankfully they offered me a 10% off coupon for a future purchase. Keep your coupon, not sure I will order again after this experience.
