Extremely disappointed, this "ivory" rug was dark grey. I called customer service with photos and they told me that my lighting was wrong and that I needed to pay the return shipping. Terrible experience. DO NOT BUY if you are expecting ivory. Even the packaging says grey.

I thought I was crazy spending over 1000 on a rug but boy do I see a huge difference between this rug and the others throughout my house. It’s thin, but incredible soft and SO luxurious! Has hints of blue which I wasn’t expecting but it wasn’t enough to disappoint. I was so hesitant to purchase without any reviews but I’m so happy I did! I love it so much!
