The mat itself is perfect for my new front door and side light...but getting it was a horrible experience!...I had to e mail customer service after a few weeks had passed to let them know that I had not even received a reply as to whether or not it had been even sent out to me yet!...once they assured me it would be sent out asap, it came in a couple of weeks as expected...up to this order, all of my other orders had been delivered in a timely manner...

Seems good and sturdy. Came quicker than advertised.

Really durable and wears well in snowy climates.

This mat is as it appears in the photo, i just wished it was a bit heavier, it easily moves.
