There is no doubt the rug has an elegant look. Very very light as someone else had said. Not really seeing a taupe color in this rug. Looks more of a white with light grey. Has some gold flecks in it and flecks of blue that aren’t really even noticeable. I wish it were a shade darker but it’s staying.

The rug is soft and beautiful! I only gave it 4 stars because the color is MUCH lighter than it looks. I picked taupe and it is almost white .

This is a beautiful chenille area rug that is perfect in our bedroom. It’s very expensive and luxurious feeling. Definitely not a cheap area rug. Very happy with this purchase.

My son says it looks like someone has spilled coffee on the rug ha ha . Fits well in our space, not very plush but works well with our roomba vacuum
