Tapis tissé à la machine sauge Edley

First I have to say the rug is as pictured, very lush and pretty. However, the rug was folded then rolled. When we unpacked there were five indentations in the rug and it is not lying flat. See photo. I have contacted the manufacturer for a remedy, but have not heard back yet. I’m hoping this can be resolved as I really like the rug. Update - Wayfair did provide a new rug. It also had grooves in it but I was able to get them out after a few weeks. However, this rug is only 6 months old and is not holding up to traffic. It is matted down and looks terrible. Very disappointed as the colors were great but the quality is not.

I am enjoying this area rug. The colors are perfect for my newly renovated home office. The picture doesn't do it justice!

Love the colors and the plushy feel. We’ve had for a bit over a year. It gets a lot of traffic. The longer nap clumped together. Very difficult to vacuum. Starting to look a bit ratty and the price is kinda high to replace every year. Would be great in a room with minimal traffic.

Very nice quality- soft and dense pile. Colors were as expected and it looks great with my double doors.
