Rug is nice and plush, but MUCH lighter than pictures. Didn’t look anything like we expected.

Daughter loved it. Very thick

I love it! Very nice quality!!

This rug is of good material is thick and lay down flat on the floor and do not raise up as most rugs do I’m glad I chose this rug

Because you charge for the shipping on returns even if it is due to the item being less quality than appears in pictures. Or for any reason actually. There are too many other vendors that do not cost to return.
