Tapis abstrait bleu / beige Styreman

I wanted to love this rug. It looks a lot better in the photo than in person. Its very rough and thin, almost feels like straw or sandpaper. There is no softness to it at all, and the colors are more muted. With a rug pad, you could potentially overcome how thin it is, but I couldnt get past the rough feeling and the difference in color. I sent it back.

Nice enough rug. The colours are not as vibrant as the picture and the gold colour is really more just a dark beige. The other colours in the rug, teal and blue, match the decor in the living room perfectly. It was very wavy on the floor after coming out of the package, it took a lot of work to get it flat-ish. I believe that is because the backing is very thin and doesn't give it much structure. Not a bad rug for the price, definitely needs an underpad.
