Nice colors was smaller than expected

The rug is nice but the colors did not match the photo

The 8’x10’ area rug that arrived has a similar pattern but is not as pictured. The rug is very thin and has no real weight or density to it. Therefore it does not lay perfectly flat on my hardwood floor. It has a slight rippled appearance throughout. The very short pile has a very cheap looking fake fur appearance like on a stuffed animal. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Please see photos. The carpet that I received is ok. IT IS NOT like the one in the picture. I added the photo of the picture that was sent with carpet and the actual carpet that I received. Don't expect it to look like the one in the picture. The colors are different and the one I received has white outlines. Sort of disappointed. I wanted to order a coffee table from Wayfair but now I'm afraid that it will not look like the actual picture when I receive it.

Well some of it looks like the picture but the white is literally a cream color . Wish it was white and not a cream color . Why can’t stuff be honest with online paying customers.

No one has picked the rug up yet. Secondly, very disappointed that the color of the rug was no where near the color on your website. I was told my pick up would be today but 7 pm in Cleveland and still on porch. Linda Kennedy

I answered yes to having customer svc reach out to me about this situation, BUT I only want that if they can find out when you would expect more stock of the original rug I'm trying to order which is the large rug, SKU: ASRU1115. If they can't, don't bother.

Just what I expected cheap for the price
