I used to love Wayfair. I will no longer shop there ever again. This rug came with misprinted edges, and large orange stain colors on it (I sent photos in, of course). I tried contact customer service who kept pushing me to take a discount which I rejected and demanded a return/refund. I realized I never received a refund or an exchange, so I reached back out where I was told I was out of my 30-day window and could no longer do this. I was furious and upset. I had rolled up the rug weeks ago, as I cannot put this in my living room and now am out of over $600. I escalated and emailed/call but could never get a Manager or anyone to help me on an error THEY made. It has been a devastating experience, as that is a lot of money to most people. They sent me a DEFECTIVE item then refused to take it back or refund me. Do NOT shop here - the customer service AND quality of product is terrible. This could have (and should have been) a very fair, straightforward transaction.

Soft, and beautiful

This carpet is beautiful, extremely soft and I love the attached, non-slip feature on a washable carpet.

Extremely thin, poor quality very disappointed!
