Wonderful rug—looks great and the pile feels great.. I’d describe it as casual but classy. No odor either. The directions say that it shouldn’t be vacuumed with a beater bar so I’ll have to investigate how to vacuum it. Shipping was surprisingly fast. Yay Wayfair!

Really wanted to love this, it's a good thick texture and I have rugs from this brand already that I love however this one had an unpleasant smell which I really think was a weird one-off but will be returning.

Rarely write reviews but this warrants one. This rug is fantastic - better in person than online. As others have said - surprisingly thick and soft, in addition to looking nice. It's shedding quite a bit, but that's pretty normal for an all wool rug like this. In my experience, that stops happening after a few vacuums.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug looks beautiful and the design is exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the quality has been disappointing. Every time I vacuum, the vacuum canister fills up with a large amount of fibers from the rug. The shedding is excessive, and fibers continue to come loose and break off, leaving lint and debris around the house.Even after multiple vacuuming sessions, the problem has not improved. While the rug is attractive, I am concerned about its durability and overall quality. The shedding has become so frustrating that I am considering returning it. I expected the quality to match the appearance, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.
