Tapis en laine touffeté à la main Botanica

The one positive is the rug colors are as pictured - cool tones and large print. Sometimes rug colors online are deceptive. However, the quality is lacking. I've had this rug in a low-activity area (basement) for one month and it has multiple areas pulled out and frayed. The tufts are in a grid pattern too, which looks cheap. For $300 I expected better. I decided not to pay the $59 return shipping and kept this out of sight in the basement

I love the design of this rug but it is such a poor quality piece. The sides are woven too tightly that it is creating two mounds in the center that will not flatten out no matter what we try. One of the corners is curved instead of square and it is making that side mound too, and it makes it look lopsided on the floor. The material is not soft at all, for us this is fine because we are using it for an entry but if you are looking for a cozy living room rug, I wouldn't recommend this. I also can't recommend it in general because of the quality issues and the fees to return if you get a bad quality rug. It feels like I was sent a piece that should have been rejected for sale. Very disappointed.

Probably my most favorite rug I’ve ever bought. It’s soft and thick. The teal color is an awesome pop under my navy blue couches. The pattern is traditional enough that it feels very balanced. I love a little feminine touch here and there.
